If you've cut and pasted directly from MS Word, it's quite possible your content won't show up in some versions of Internet Explorer. This is because MS Word adds all sorts of useless styles to the text.
There are ways to solve this:
Cut and paste to a simple text editor like Notepad first, then paste again into concrete5.
Turn on Advanced content tool bars in concrete5 Dashboard > Sitewide settings. In the content block there should now be a clipboard icon with a little W on it. After you select and copy text from MS Word, use this icon instead of hitting Paste in concrete5 and it will clean up the copy.
