The Page List block has a RSS feed option. Just setup a page list somewhere, and in edit mode for that block you should be able to turn it into a feed and configure how much data to show.

At "Provide RSS Feed?" select Yes. You'll see new fields added that allow you to add a name and description to your new feed.
